Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders over €200 (ca. $230, £170) using FedEx. All other international orders are charged a flat €20 (ca. $23, £17) for shipping. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. Products are shipped from our factory in Cape Town, South Africa.

For orders shipping internationally, the order might be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and payable by you, the customer. These charges vary between countries so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.

Lead time for production may vary depending on your order / availability of stock and leather colours.

Most orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

International FedEx Shipping times vary per country: Please allow up to 5-10 business days for International orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you didn't receive your tracking number, send us an email at: sales@chapelgoods.co.za

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 21 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original condition. 

Chapel reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. 

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Chapel will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Chapel. If the customer refuses to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, there may be additional delays for processing returns. Please contact us at sales@chapelgoods.co.za if you have any questions about your return.

International Returns:

For International return requests, please submit your return request by sending us an email with your order number and reason for the return to: sales@chapelgoods.co.za.

Please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable. Shipping costs for international returns are paid for by the customer. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorisation. It will not be processed.

Please note, we do not accept international exchanges at this time, however, we can recommend placing a new order and sending your current item back for a return. Please read our return policy before making a new purchase or sending anything back.

Purchasing Online

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information so please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

All sale items are final sale. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Chapel reserves the right to change, revise, or modify the terms and conditions of this offer at any time.

If you do not wish to receive marketing from Chapel, you can unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter.

We guarantee everything we make. If anything isn’t as it should be when you receive your product, return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund. We’ll also fix defects in materials or workmanship  for the life of the product — free of charge.
